Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy is a healing modality which uses sound and vibration on and around the body to offer healing, balancing, rest and restoration, and a deeper meditative experience.
The participant is invited to share what is present for them as they arrive and settle, and is then invited to set an intention for the session.
Tibetan Singing Bowls are then played for approximately 45-minutes using techniques that will best serve. Sessions close with a reintegration practice.
Classes are delivered in-person, in the Melbourne CBD, by appointment.
Please note: Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy is not suitable for women who are pregnant, or people who experience sound-induced epilepsy, have pacemakers, metal implants or joint replacements, as the sound vibrations can interfere and potentially cause harm. If in doubt, please consult your GP.
