‘Meditation Circle for Busy Minds’ is a monthly, in-person class at Centre of You, designed for individuals looking to engage in practices that can assist in slowing a busy mind.
On arrival, participants are guided to check in with themselves using journaling and release writing. This is followed by a group check in, and then a guided, Mindfulness-based Meditation practice. The class closes with a Metta practice and group check out.
This is a deeply anchoring class that invites individuals to witness, and be witnessed, as they connect in Circle with themselves and each other in the present moment, with compassion.
