Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so by contacting Black Conch. 

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled booking can be refunded or transferred to a new time - whichever you prefer. There are no refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of a scheduled booking.

If Black Conch needs to cancel a booking at any time, e.g., due to unexpected work commitments, illness, tech issues, inclement weather etc., a new booking will be scheduled at an agreed time or a refund may be offered.
