Cultivating a regular meditation practice can help you to manage stress and reactivity, anxiety and depression, increase your mental clarity and responsiveness and bring in calm and inner peace.
Meditating in a group setting has the additional benefits of helping to develop a habit, the opportunity to obtain feedback and support from an experienced teacher, and to have an enhanced experience due to the ripple effect of the group energy.
The weekly theme is informed by the mood of the group and current happenings in the natural world, and include a combination of gentle movement, breathing techniques or journaling, then a guided meditation and invitation to share back.
Classes are delivered live on Zoom and are quite casual. Some people come every week, some people drop in from time to time. Contact us to be added to the WhatsApp group.
