Cultivating a regular meditation practice can help you to manage stress and reactivity, anxiety and depression, increase your mental clarity and responsiveness and bring in calm and inner peace.
Meditating in a group setting has the additional benefits of helping to develop a habit, the opportunity to obtain feedback and support from an experienced teacher, and to have an enhanced experience due to the ripple effect of the group energy.
Our group meditation classes are delivered on the first Tuesday of each month, live on Zoom. Class themes are informed by current happenings in the natural world, and consist of a journaling inquiry practice, a 35-minute guided meditation, and an invitation to share back afterwards.
Meditators of all levels are welcome. Classes are recorded and made available afterwards.
