Black Conch will refund or exchange any product delivered to you that is faulty or damaged, however there are no refunds for change of mind. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact Black Conch via the Contact webpage. 

If Black Conch is unable to replace a faulty or damaged product, a refund will be issued to your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase excluding postage charges.
