Our in-person, mindful nature walks invite people to come down their lifts or step out of their offices and come take a walk through on of Melbourne's beautiful parklands. Here they meander among trees and be with like-minded folk whilst being guided through carefully crafted invitations which invite targeted sensory exploration.
Spending time like this in nature helps can help to boost immunity, aid recovery from stress, screen addiction, physical and mental illness and injury, increase creativity and inspire a greater sense of interconnectedness and belonging.
Such practices are now being prescribed and recommended by GPs (known as 'nature prescriptions' or 'green/blue scripts') due to a growing body of scientific literature to support their benefits.
A note for health care or NDIS practitioners: We also offer 1:1 appointments. So, if you have any clients that you feel would benefit from a mindful nature walk, please contact us to discuss.
