This Mindful Nature Walk meditation has been inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing). It is designed to be practiced outdoors, in a natural setting such as bushland, a park, or your backyard.
Over a series of three invitations, you will be invited to connect with the place you find yourself in, via the senses, in a mindful way.
This Relaxation Therapy meditation is for those needing to lay back and relax, all to the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
The sequence played has been specifically designed for deep rest and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit. So, turn off your devices, dim the lights, lay back and get comfortable, set your intention, and press play.
This exquisite track is a translation of the continuous flow of the electrical variations in a beautiful bonsai Buddha's Belly Fig tree.
It is perfect a perfect soundtrack to use while setting intentions or journalling, or as a backing track for meditation and mindfulness practices.
